I have over 3 decades of Bodywork/Massage Therapy experience and advanced training. The focus of my practice is Bowenwork also known as Bowen Therapy.

I also offer Cranial Sacral Therapy, Emmett Technique, scar tissue release and Trigger Point Therapy, as well as Resonance Repatterning. 
The techniques I offer are gentle and effective for easy pain relief and often help the body heal and rebalance other issues.

 

I graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage and have been a licensed massage therapist in Washington State since 1990. 

 

From 1990-2004 I practiced Cranial Sacral therapy, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point release and Medical Massage  

In 2016 I certified as a Professional Bowenwork Practitioner and transitioned my bodywork practice to Bowenwork.

I certified as a Practitioner of Resonance Repatterning in 2018.
