I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1990.

I first received Bowenwork in 2004 after becoming ill, it was an integral part of my healing journey. Because of this I have a unique perspective of Bowenwork both as a client receiving the benefits and also as a practitioner helping others. In my opinion Bowenwork is one of the most effective, gentle and all encompassing holistic bodywork techniques available. 
Bowenwork is exceptionally effective for pain reduction and resolution, with the added benefit of being affordable and drug free.  

After being introduced to Resonance Repatterning I promised myself that I would learn the technique because it was life changing for me. It's not a well known technique, but it's on the cutting edge of emerging techniques that are based on quantum physics and recognizing that human beings are much more than the traditional medical model we were taught.

My own positive healing experiences from Bowenwork and Resonance Repatterning inspired me to share these wonderful techniques with others  

I am married to a wonderful man, we live by the Stillaguamish River in Arlington, we have two cats and three grandchildren. I love gardening, cooking, eating healthy food and am devoted to self knowledge and inner growth.
